The lymphatic system is recognized by doctors in Europe and the Far East for its importance to preventive health care. They understand how lymphatic function supports every other system in the body, including the immune, digestive, detoxification and nervous systems. Second to the circulatory system, the lymphatic system is the most important system of the body. We have twice as much lymph fluid in the body than blood!
There are 3 main functions of the Lymphatic System:
First, it's the major part of the immune system consisting of B-cells from bone marrow, t-cells from the thymus gland, lymphocytes and white blood cells, which are all created within the lymphatic system.
Second, it’s the sewage system of our body. We have 300 trillion cells giving off toxins on a continuous basis. These toxins would kill us within 24 hours if they weren't disposed of by the lymphatic system.
Third, the lymphatic system carries nutrients to heal the body when there are physical traumas as well as expelling damaged tissue.
The lymph fluid continuously bathes each cell and drains away the detritus in a circulatory system powered only by your breathing and movement (muscle contractions). If the movement of the lymph stopped entirely you would die in a matter of hours. The lymph cleanses nearly every cell in your body. A healthy lymph system can help improve the follow problems:
A health lymphatic system is a healthy immune system. Our recommendation is that you have a series of 3 lymphatic massages within 2 weeks followed by a colonic and Infra Red Sauna for maximum release of toxins. Then follow up with regular biweekly massages for the next 3-6 months (depending on the individuals situation).
Consumption of 8 glasses of water a day and regular exercise as well as healthy diet are a must and will help to improve the lymphatic system for long term results.
